HR automation- Automation is the hottest topic for watercooler conversations and organizations are constantly deliberating upon the potential benefits it can provide in different spheres of management. This leads to smarter systems which have the potential to save time and money, therefore a keeping an eye on advancements in this field is very important for managers so as to compete efficiently.

Remote workspace- With careful and extensive analysis of organizations already adept to this model, working remotely has increased the performance, boosted morale, lowered absenteeism and led to greater willingness to work overtime. These benefits can directly be related with cost savings and optimum resource utilization. The boost to this model is brought upon by the advancements in the telecom sector and large scale internet access.

Flexible working hours- The majority workforce in organizations comprises of the millennials who have different work attitudes and are driven by the convenience factor rather than structured norms. This convenience factor is directly proportional to the performance quality. Flexible working hours give a sense of autonomy and freedom to the employees.More than half 65% of HR professionals and recruitment companies of India have said that companies have come forward in offering flexible work arrangement. Furthermore; what is even more interesting is the retention has improved when companies simply announced they were launching flexible work schedule that’s how much employees want this. This approach is ideal for organizations which are based on satisfaction of employees.

The given trends should be kept in mind and a continuous familiarization with changes is a must for saving time and cost as well as to stay competitive. Especially after the golden bracket shifting to India from China, these trends hold a very strong influence, given the contribution of services sector in the national economic growth.
